Buffaloberry Soap Company Ltd. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing Buffaloberry Soap Company. We take great care in handcrafting and packaging your bath and soap products. Below are the details of our shipping and local delivery processes.

1. Local Regina Delivery
We are proud to offer local delivery to our neighbours in Regina, Saskatchewan.
  • Delivery Radius: Local delivery is available for all addresses within a 16 km radius of our location at 278 Dalgliesh Dr.
  • Delivery Fee: Local area deliveries are free. 
  • Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries are typically made on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will receive an email or text notification when your order is out for delivery and once it has been successfully dropped off.
  • Safe Drop: By selecting local delivery, you authorize us to leave the package at your front door or designated safe spot. Please see our Weather Disclaimer regarding extreme temperatures.

2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)
For customers outside our local delivery radius, we ship via Canada Post.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Order Tracking & Issues
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please:
  1. Check with neighbours or building management.
  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early).
  3. Contact us at BuffaloberrySoapCompany@gmail.com within 48 hours of the "delivered" status.

5. Damages
Buffaloberry Soap Company Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by third-party carriers. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
