Cancellation policy

Buffaloberry Soap Company Ltd. Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries of your favourite bath and soap products. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select during checkout.
  • Payment & Security: Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
  • Managing Your Subscription: If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
  • Local Delivery Notes: For our Regina subscribers, your recurring delivery will be scheduled within our standard 16 km radius of 278 Dalgliesh Dr. If you move outside of this radius, please update your address in your subscription portal to switch to shipping rates.

2. Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory (such as seasonal holiday batches or limited-edition soaps).
  • Payment Terms: We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
  • Fulfilled Orders: If the order has already been fulfilled (prepared for delivery or shipped), you cannot cancel the order. However, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our standard policies.

3. Refunds & Returns
All cancellations and returns are subject to our general Returns & Refunds Policy. Because our products are personal care items, please remember:
  • Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund.
  • Custom-made pre-orders (special scents or bulk orders) may be subject to non-refundable deposits as outlined at the time of purchase.
