2. Product Accuracy & Handmade Nature
- Variations: Our products are handmade. You acknowledge that slight variations in colour, scent, weight, and design are normal and do not constitute a defect.
- Allergy Warning: All ingredients are listed on our packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredients for potential allergens. We are not liable for any allergic reactions.
3. Local Delivery & Shipping (Regina, SK)
- Delivery Area: Local delivery is restricted to a 16 km radius from our northwest Regina location (278 Dalgliesh Dr).
- Delivery Attempts: We provide one delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable or the location is inaccessible, the order will be held for local pickup. A secondary delivery fee may apply for re-delivery.
- Risk of Loss: Once an item is marked as "delivered" (e.g., left on a doorstep as per instructions), we are not responsible for theft or weather-related damage (melting/freezing).
4. Custom & Wholesale Orders
- Payment: Custom and wholesale orders require [e.g., 50% or 100%] payment upfront before production begins.
- No Cancellations: Once production has started on a custom or bulk order, the order is non-refundable.

9. Weather & Temperature Disclaimer
Living in Saskatchewan means dealing with extreme weather, and our handmade products are sensitive to temperature shifts.
- Extreme Heat: During summer months, products like body butters, balms, and certain soaps may soften or melt if left in a delivery vehicle or on a doorstep. We recommend tracking your delivery closely to bring items indoors immediately. Buffaloberry Soap Company Ltd. is not responsible for products that change texture due to heat exposure. In order to protect the product during extreme heat waves we may hold the delivery.
- Extreme Cold: In winter, liquid products or high-moisture soaps may freeze or expand. To prevent cracking or separation, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or provide a heated drop-off location (e.g., a "between the doors" entry or a parcel locker).
- Quality Guarantee: While texture changes (like graininess in melted butter) may occur due to weather, the product remains safe to use. If a product arrives completely unusable due to weather damage, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
